Updated: May 29

Setenil de Las Bodegas is a small town located in the province of Cádiz in the south of Spain, it is known as the town that is located under a rock. I found that it is quite an underrated place to visit in Spain, I even found out that there are people in Spain that don't know it even exists! I know it's a shocker. It's whitewashed houses that are builded to surround the cliffs which makes it magical. Setenil is very small and so you will only need to spend half a day there, so it is easy to go on a day trip from nearly any where in Andalucía.

The Castle is located at the very top of the town, now I'm not gonna lie and say it was very easy to get there even after I said that the town is so small, but there was a turn that will take you up the hill to be able to reach the castle that I kept missing!
